Mr. Thomas, a 38-year-old man with a 7-year history of moderately severe major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, returns for a consultation about medication management to help with unresolved symptoms and a new tremor in his non-dominant hand.
Consider your interactions in discussing cases with other clinicians over the last year, and choose the NUMBER of those clinicians whom you would be most likely to actually speak with over the next few weeks about revising Mr. Thomas’s treatment regimen to manage his unresolved and new symptoms: his primary care clinician, a nurse practitioner, a clinical psychologist, a neurologist, another psychiatrist or a clinician not listed here.
