CME Outfitters Earns Certification from Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)

May 5, 2009

Rockville, MD -- CME Outfitters, LLC, an independent accredited provider of multidisciplinary medical education programming and related healthcare communications services, received national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women Presidents' Educational Organization of Washington, D.C. (WPEO-DC), a regional certifying partner of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Managing Partners Jan Perez and Sharon Tordoff look forward to new opportunities that may be presented to CME Outfitters by virtue of this certification. "We hope to leverage our position as a WBENC-Certified Women's Business Enterprise to work with other organizations committed to diversity programs," says Ms. Tordoff.

WBENC's national standard of certification implemented by the WPEO-DC is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women.
